Regenerative therapy

Two methods are used in regenerative therapy and lead to the acceleration of physiological processes aimed at faster and more efficient tissue healing. The difference between methods is in the platelet-rich plasma preparation process. This is a unique method for the use of the organism's own potentials to regenerate the tissues, working deep under the skin, thus starting the rejuvenation processes and accelerating the healing in a completely natural way.

How is therapy applied?

With the help of a special microsystem, 8 to 10 ml of blood are painlessly taken from the patient’s vein. The blood is then centrifuged in special closed sterile tubes, which separates plasma from other blood elements. Then, the isolated platelets are injected into an injured area. With the help of ultrasound, the blood goes to the right place. After injection, platelets release substances that promote the regeneration and healing process.
This therapy has a wide application.

It represents an excellent solution for accelerating the healing process of musculoskeletal system injuries, in osteoarthritis, in the treatment of chronic wounds, and is increasingly applied in aesthetic medicine. The therapy itself is completely painless as the patient receives a local anesthetic. If pain occurs after the procedure, experts advise only the use of prescribed medicines. It is strictly prohibited to use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen, Advil, Aspirin, etc.

Platelet-enriched plasma is obtained from patient’s own plasma – a liquid extremely rich in platelets (thrombocytes). Thrombocytes are blood cells that contain very high concentrations of protein called growth factors. Growth factors work on the stem cell of tissues in the developmental stages. They accelerate their growth and multiply increase the cell population. It is very important that the growth factors are obtained from patient’s own blood, so that their use does not result in an autoimmune reaction of the organism.

ACP method – autologous conditioned plasma

ACP therapy is a method used in the treatment of damage to the musculoskeletal system, as well as in the field of aesthetic medicine. It is most often used in the rehabilitation of professional athletes, recreational athletes and non-athletes. ACP is a platelet concentrate and growth factor from the patient's own blood.

How is ACP method applied?

In order to carry out this method, a smaller amount of blood is taken from the patient, which is then processed and the substrate obtained is locally applied depending on the indication. Before applying the therapy, the patient must be well prepared. One week before the therapy, they should not take any pain killers, and should not be on a corticosteroids treatment.

With this treatment, the synthesis of a higher amount of collagen, retention of the fluids, and restoration of the elasticity of the skin is achieved. The first results are seen in about 6 weeks, and the maximum in the period between the 4th and 6th month.

These methods are regenerative therapies and lead to the acceleration of the physiological processes that stimulate faster and more efficient tissue healing.

Use of peptides and colostrum

Colostrum is a natural concentrate of nutrients and defensive factors, immunoglobulins and growth factors. It promotes growth and is applied as a VIP treatment in hair transplantation. Ancient Egyptians used colostrum for eye infections. It was also used in the United States as a precursor of antibiotics and was very popular before the discovery of penicillin and other antibiotics. The main casein fraction of human colostrum is β-casein. In order to get the best result in hair transplanting, the use of peptides and colostrum should be practiced as the latest achievement.

Polypeptides are peptides consisting of ten or more amino acids. Proteins and polypeptides are polymers consisting of a specific arrangement (sequence) of L-amino acids interconnected by an amide linkage.
