1. Pumpkin mask

For this mask, you need 100 g of pumpkin, 2 teaspoons of coconut oil and 2 teaspoons of jojoba oil. Cut the pumpkin into smaller pieces and chop in a blender so that you get a smooth mass. Then add coconut and jojoba oil and mix well. Apply the mask to the entire length of the hair, put on a plastic cap and wrap your head with a towel, then leave it for about 30 minutes. Then rinse your hair with warm water and wash with shampoo.

2. Carrot mask

Mix 1 dl of fresh carrot juice and juice of half a lemon. Rub the prepared mask into the threads and let it stand for 40 minutes, then rinse your hair with warm water, wash with shampoo and finally rinse with water with a few drops of lemon juice.

3. Apple mask

From the ingredients, you need one small apple, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of ground oatmeal. Melt the honey in the microwave and combine with the grated apple and oatmeal. Apply the prepared mask on your hair and let it stand for 30 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water and wash with shampoo.

To prepare this mask, you need 100 g of white grapes, 1 tablespoon of linseed oil and 1 tablespoon of honey. Put the grapes in a blender and mix well, then add the melted honey and linseed oil. Apply the finished mask along the entire length of the hair, put on a plastic cap and wrap your head with a towel. Hold the mask for 20 minutes, finally rinse with lukewarm water and wash with shampoo.

This mask, in addition to vitamins and minerals, contains substances that increase collagen production and accelerate tissue regeneration.

 

5. Yeast mask

In 1 dl of milk, stir 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 20 grams of yeast, and leave the yeast to rise for 15 minutes. Apply the prepared mask on damp and clean hair, then wrap your head with a towel and let it stand for 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with lukewarm water and wash with shampoo.

Yeast hair masks are suitable for all hair types and it is recommended to apply it on the hair once a week, for a minimum of 7 weeks.
